The parklets are complete with branded chill out zones, a bespoke bar which serves Lipton Peach Ice Tea and seating areas to enjoy the chilled beverages.
Mixologist Alex McKechnie has worked with Lipton Ice Tea to devise a garnish comprised of a wheel of orange and lemon, a sprig of sage and ice, designed to complement the beverage.
The ‘perfect serve’ is created when the aforementioned garnish is paired with Lipton Peach Ice Tea and both are poured into a branded cup with a paper straw.
Brand ambassadors are on hand at each pop-up to provide visitors and passers-by with miniature samples of the Lipton Ice Tea product.
The sampling experience forms part of Lipton Ice Tea’s summer Daybreaker event series, which launched on 5 June in London.
It has since gone on to include events involving a special and a near King's Cross station.
The parklets take place on the same day as these events, as well as the days leading up to them.
Remaining parklets dates and locations include:
- Neal Street, Covent Garden – 2 July
- Bishops Square, Spitalfields – 3 July
- Old Street Station – 10 July
- Covent Garden Piazza – 14 July
- One New Change, St Pauls – 15 July
- Angel Centre, Islington – 16 July
- Brittania Junction, Camden – 17 July
