
The agency was given just ten weeks to review the space and create a dining experience similar to that of a five-star London restuarant
This was achieved by bringing in the experience and knowledge of suppliers including Igloos, Event Concept, Green I, Rob Van Heldon, Rocket, Totem, Outback, Sonja Klaus and Emma Gold.
The result was a dining area laid out in rectangular tables for 12. Each table was dressed with white china and simple glassware.
