The art installation, created Syrian artist Ibrahim Fakhri, is set against a backdrop showing the entrance to a family home with 1,461 milk bottles outside – one for each day of the conflict.
A milk bottle will be added each day of the exhibition as the crisis continues into its fifth year.
The charity is calling for urgent support for their Syria Crisis Appeal and it is hoped that the project will raise awareness of the crisis and attract donations. The installation, which opened on 16 March, will run until 22 March.
Ted Tuthill, head of the British Red Cross Middle East department, said: "We wanted to find a different way to show the length of this crisis, and for people to think about what life is like for those who have left behind their homes, their communities, their way of life.
"Here in the UK, people know they need to look out for their neighbours if they see milk bottles on a doorstep. When they see the four years of the crisis represented in this everyday way, we hope people here will relate to those Syrian families who have borne the enormous impact of this conflict."
