The press preview saw guests treated to Bombay Sapphire-based beverages, as well as canapes, as they previewed the space, which officially opens to the public today (3 September).
Open for six weeks, the pop-up is situated within an outdoor space on the hotel’s ground floor level, which comes complete with green foliage and a water fountain.
A one-off gin menu comprising 10 cocktails has been created especially for the pop-up, and for the next two weeks guests will be able to sample a beverage inspired by The Mediterranean – one of the regions in which the spirit brand’s botanicals are sourced from.
Every two weeks the cocktail in focus will change, with the regions of west Africa and Asia to similarly have their turn in the spotlight.
Those with a keen interest in gin will be able to book a materclass with Bombay Sapphire’s brand ambassador, Renaud de Bosredon, who will be on hand every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the six weeks.
The pop-up will close its doors on 15 October.
