Launching on 3 September, ‘The Gin Journeys at Sanderson in association with Bombay Sapphire’ pop-up takes its inspiration from the 10 botanical ingredients that are used to create the brand's gin.
Through the delivery of an immersive sensory experience, guests can expect to be transported to locations where the botanicals are sourced including the Mediterranean, west Africa and Asia.
Each fortnight the pop-up will pay homage to a different region, and a signature serve that reflects that locale will be available. The Mediterranean region will be the focus for the pop-up's first two weeks of residency at Sanderson.
Guests will be able to select beverages from the specially formulated Ultimate Gin & Tonic menu, and small food that is designed to complement the drinks offering will also be available.
On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, Bombay Sapphire’s brand ambassador, Renaud de Bosredon, will be on hand to deliver masterclasses for up to 12 people. These bookable sessions will cover signature cocktails, as well as the botanicals that are used to create Bombay Sapphire gin.
The pop-up will be housed within the hotel’s Sanderson terrace until 15 October, and it will open daily from 6pm until late.
