The flower beds, exhibits and gardening activities were attended by 20,000-25,000 people, according to the Greater London Authority (GLA).
The GLA worked with horticulturalist Sarah Eberle to create the garden which included a ‘Beat the Ban’ area from the London Wildlife Trust showing visitors how to cope with the current drought and lessons in how to make English roses out of origami.
