As part of an editorial team-bonding exercise Event, Media Week, C&IT, Marketing, ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 and PR Week enjoyed a night of molecular food and drink in Altitude London.
Bubble Food showcased its molecular food package last night that included snorting asparagus, drinking liquid nitrogen limoncello and a trio of pina colada, popcorn and cherry truffle desserts.
Editorial members from Event and its sister publications in the Brand Republic group at Haymarket washed all of this food down with a number of fine wines while enjoying views across the capital from the 29th floor of Altitude London.
