The event brought together 42 of London’s venues, including The Natural History Museum, Old Billingsgate Market and the V&A.
Results of a questionnaire on Olympic hospitality circulated to venues during the dinner found that 33% have secured exclusive bookings during the Games period. The remainder suggested that they are eager to offer packages to sponsors and other potential corporate buyers.
Guests began the evening with champagne and cocktails and three standing starter plates, which included razor clams with garlic and parsley, crispy bacon crumbs and salsa verde presented in a clam shell.
