On Tuesday evening, 75 event organisers enjoyed a spring-inspired showcase in the elegant surroundings of East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf.
A four-course menu of English asparagus, blackened cod, spring lamb and chilli-infused pineapple was then served, each complemented with matching wines.
After dinner, silk aerial artists from CBS Group entertained guests.
