At an event attended by 200 executives from the advertising and media industry at Sketch in London, PHD, Drum and Grey London triumphed with what judges called their "life-changing work" for the BHF.
Manning Gottlieb OMD took home the award for Best Use of TV in an Integrated ±±¾©Èü³µpk10, Vizeum claimed the Best use of TV Innovation for 20th Century Fox, and Starcom MediaVest Group won Best Use of TV for Response for its work for Autoglass.
In the Best Use of Sponsorship or Content category, the judges gave the award to Mindshare UK for its work for Unilever's Surf, but also awarded PHD, Drum and Abbot Mead Vickers BBDO a highly commended.
The Best Newcomer to TV prize went to UM London for its work for Chambord and the judges gave a special award for Best Low Budget Use of TV to M2M for its work for Paddy Power.
In the Best Ongoing Use of TV category WCRS, Engine and Havas Media were highly commended for their work for the takeaway website, Just Eat.
Tess Alps, the chair of the award judges and the executive chair of Thinkbox, said: "We had a record number of entries this year and the breadth of innovation and the outstanding uses that TV advertising has been put to were a joy to behold.
"It is great news for the industry to see planning thriving at the heart of the very best campaigns and the living embodiment of this is the work by PHD, Drum and Grey London for the British Heart Foundation. It is simply world class."
