Peugeot launches follow-up 'grow your own' mailer for 206

LONDON - Peugeot has launched a direct mail push offering people a guide to creating their own 206 model, as part of its 'Grow your own' DM campaign, created by EHS Brann.

The latest mailer features a 10-page pack, with images posted on the inside of a garden shed detailing car specifications and road prices to convey the impression of a gardener's notice board.

This follows on from an earlier mailer in June, which launched the "Grow your own" campaign and was based on the idea that people will do anything to own a 206. The mailer includes seeds for people to grow their own hedge version of the model.

Matt Atkinson, EHS Brann managing director, said: "This piece builds on the interest created by the first mailing but with a more tailored approach.

"With the continuation of the 'grow your own' theme, we were able to have fun in developing a pack that demonstrates both creative flair and informative context to the consumer."

This latest mailer will be sent to 80,000 homes.
