Pepsi Max has partnered with the taxi service Uber to celebrate Back To The Future Day, which marks the date (21 October 2015) that Doc and Marty travelled to in Back To The Future Part II.

Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO was behind the stunt, which offered free Uber rides in DeLoreans (the vehicle used as a time machine in the film) for anyone who entered Pepsi’s promo code into the Uber app between 10am and 3pm on 21 October. Pepsi appeared prominently in the movie as the fictional Pepsi Perfect drink. The work was created by Dalatando Almeida and Michael Hughes.
