Pierre Chapaz, co-founder of online shopping comparison service Kelkoo, has been named as president of Yahoo! Europe. He will be responsible for the company's product, marketing and technology initiatives and replaces Mark Opzoomer who quit last year. Dominique Vidal, who was group managing director of Kelkoo, acquired by Yahoo! last year, will take on the role of Yahoo! Europe chief operating officer and will report to Chapaz.
