Williams will take on the role of head of user experience at the consultancy. He joins The Partners from Sapient where he was creative director and head of user experience. Prior to this, Williams was at MRM Worldwide and Syzygy, where he spent three years respectively.
Jim Prior, managing partner of The Partners, said: "William's addition to the team will ensure The Partners offers a unique approach to solving digital challenges, with a combination of leading-edge thinking and technical expertise."
Williams said: "I am looking forward to fully integrating a digital offering into The Partners consultancy services and ensuring we are more digitally fluent as a business."
The Partners have recently won a spate of awards. Last week the team accepted a gold and silver lion for 'The Grand Tour' at the Cannes Lions 2008 International Advertising Festival.
This award followed a coveted Black Pencil at the recent D&AD awards and an award in the Best Identity category at The Guardian MEGA Awards.
