The expected increase of inbound calls will come in response to the company’s direct response television (DRTV) advertisements. The ads will promote the Park, Country and Family brand Christmas savings plan products.
Broadsystem will provide automated call handling services and transcription resources to manage requests for Park catalogues. The national DRTV ads will be broadcast between September and March 2009.
The contact management centre will also provide statistics through an online tool. This will enable Park to monitor the performance of each ad and make decisions about the ongoing campaign.
Pamela Wildes, marketing communications manager at Park Group, said: "Our Park, Country and Family products are currently used by 400,000 UK customers. DRTV is one of our largest acquisition channels and aims to generate over 105,000 enquiries for Christmas 2009."
