'Design Stories, the Architecture behind 2012' and 'After the Party, The legacy of celebration' open in the RIBA galleries in London on 25 June.

'Design Stories’ presents drawings, images, videos and detailed models of London’s key new sporting venues. At its centre, the exhibition will feature a 14-metre graphic of the new Olympic and Paralympic buildings. During the Games, the installation will become a live screening lounge.

'After the Party’ explores how celebratory events over time have left a legacy through the structures built for them, comparing London’s projects for the Games with past celebrations.

RIBA’s hospitality offering include drinks and canapé packages alongside a private view, starting from £25 per person. Expert speakers can be arranged for guests wishing to learn more about the exhibitions and lunch, drinks receptions or canapé parties which can be set up in the building’s Florence Hall.

The packages will be available until 21 September.
