Orange acquires Unanimis to boost mobile and online ad sales

Founded in 2001, Unanimis specialises in branded and performance display advertising, claiming to reach over 25.6 million unique online users a month. Unanimis targets relevant audience segments and monetizes publishers' online advertising inventory.

Unanimis has ad sales agreements with over 100 online brands, including The AA, Ticketmaster, ASOS, Match.com, Shopping.com and Gumtree. Electronic Arts recently appointed Unanimis to exclusively represent all online advertising, sponsorship and integrated campaigns for Pogo UK, EA's online casual gaming service.

Last month Orange confirmed a partnership deal with mobile ad firm Blyk to offer its subscribers ad-funded services.

Orange is expected to confirm the full details of the deal tomorrow.
