One&Only to use Alterian's Communicator marketing software

LONDON - Luxury hotel brand One&Only has signed a deal with marketing software provider Alterian to use its brand management system Communicator, which helps to improve the efficiency of online marketing operations.

Communicator, which is part of the Alterian marketing services platform, creates and distributes marketing content, optimising a brand's marketing operation by allowing it to be managed centrally.

The software will connect all parties involved in One&Only's global marketing operation, including its central brand team and sales office in North America and its sales offices in the UK, France, Germany and Russia.

One&Only will be able to centrally manage all of its digital media assets and create an automated email news update.

Future phases of the service include extending the built-in content management tools to allow local resort marketers to publish special offers, based on availability, aimed at specific tour operators.

One&Only runs six luxury resorts in the Bahamas, Dubai, the Maldives, Mauritius and Mexico.
