
The man responsible for catering, cleaning and waste operations across the entire Olympic Park will discuss what criteria is used for sourcing suppliers and catering partners for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The session, which will take place at 2.30pm, will be the highlight of the food-to-go trade show’s two-day (30 September to 1 October) ‘Working lunch!’ keynote programme.
The Games will present the UK’s catering industry with the biggest challenge it has ever seen: it is estimated that more than 14 million meals and refreshments will need to be provided.
