The event hosts 23 shows across the world with the biggest taking place in Paris welcoming more than 135,000 visitors.
The first London Salon du Chocolat show will take place between 18 and 20 October and will feature demonstrations, talks and hands-on workshops from over 60 chocolate companies.
Cocoa experts will be hosting presentations in the tasting room and visitors will have the chance to observe craftsmen and chefs at work. The event will also bring Chocolate Week to a close - a celebration of all things sweet and of the companies supporting cocoa famers.
A VIP gala evening on Friday 18 October will host a chocolate fashion show in which couture outfits made of chocolate will be paraded on the catwalk before being put on display.
Gillian Kiamil, halls director at Olympia London, said: "We are excited to host this renowned event at Olympia and look forward to becoming a part of the Salon du Chocolat legacy. We hope to not only welcome chocolatiers from our home country but also introduce the international industry to our beautiful venue and show them what the UK has to offer."
