
Tuckett will report to chief executive Anton Jerges in the newly-created role and has been asked to lead the account management team of 10 people.
Collider has picked up clients including Astra Zeneca, De Beers, Bookatable and Seat over the past six months.
Tuckett joined Oliver in 2014 as planning director and became client services director in 2016. He has also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi X and Haygarth.
His appointment follows Charlotte Bunyan joining as head of strategy in July last year. She was previously vice president, strategy director at Jack Morton.
