Taking place at Brunel’s Old Station in the city centre, the 980-capacity venue will feature a ten-metre bar made of half-kegs supplying a variety of Bavarian beers and Bristolian ales and ciders, and 100 trestle tables for guests.
As well as performances by the Oompah Brass Band, guests will be able to get involved with a variety of games and activities.
Caterer Relish will be supplying the Bratwurst and other Bavarian delights on offer at the event, while all members of staff will be dressed in traditional German outfits and lederhosen.
Tim Freeman, event organiser, said: "The emphasis is going to be massively on making sure everybody who attends will have a great time. I have a keen interest in these kind of live events with a unique selling point. I think it’s something that’s missing in Bristol."
