The 200-year-old German festival attracted footfall of approximately 3,300 per day at its last London event, which spurred versions in Edinburgh’s Princes Street Gardens, taking place on 9 October, and Glasgow Green on 17 October.
Shoreditch-based Pitman’s People will be providing hosts and brand ambassadors, waitresses, security, stewards and a chef for the Scottish Oktoberfest events.
Oliver Pitman, managing director of Pitman’s People, said: "Whilst I feel it is really important to support your local economy in business, it is also extremely valuable if presented with an opportunity to create international unifications like we have with Oktoberfest. Not only can it increase your efficiency but it gives you the opportunity to participate in the global economy."
Hallie Barrows from Oktoberfest, added: "We are looking forward to working with Pitman's People again, for the success of London Oktoberfest is partially due to the help that they provide."
