Office Depot chooses SAS Customer Intelligence

LONDON - Office Depot has selected SAS Customer Intelligence to run across its global operations.

After deciding to deploy a global analytical CRM service it compared vendors. Its previous experience of SAS was using its Marketing Automation software in its European division.

It chose the SAS Customer Intelligence suite, which includes SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Marketing Optimisation, SAS Interaction Management, SAS Web Analytics and SAS Digital Marketing.

Tim Toews, chief information officer at Office Depot, said: "We wanted to leverage our experience with SAS on a global basis. Our goal is to support our global business with a consistent set of applications."
