Stanfield, who joins from Leapfrog Research, brings with him more than 19 years' experience including working as an account director at Millward Brown on brands such as BT, L'Oreal and Bacardi.
Prior to this, he was a strategic planner at Ogilvy Advertising working with clients such as Ford, DHL, Yahoo! and Kraft.
