Novus, which has made a £2m investment in its digital operations, is looking to more than double online sales over the next three years. Ticketing was previously handled by Ticketweb.
The deal will help Novus to promote more effectively via online, mobile and social channels and to boost online sales from 15% to 35%.
The Rep feature of Fatsoma will also be used to incentivise word-of-mouth among users. People who share events can earn 10-15% of the sales made by their promotion.
It is expected that Novus will be among the first users for the next version of the Fatsoma’s digital events marketing system, which will launch in February 2014.
Ollie Taylor, digital development manager at Novus, said: "Fatsoma are like an extension of our marketing department, providing our business with extremely easy to use intuitive tools to allow us to sell and increase online ticket sales. We've enjoyed a successful relationship with them in the past and are looking forward to strengthening it with this deal."
Mark Stacey, sales and operations manager, Fatsoma, added: "Novus has made a substantial investment into its digital operations and outlined its intentions to become a market leader for digital. We’re delighted to be working alongside them and confident that together we can achieve those objectives."
Launched in 2006, Manchester-based Fatsoma is used by more than six thousand businesses and is targeting £7.5m in revenue this year.
