Selected industry guests were invited to Nomad's kitchen in North Lambeth last night for its hands-on cocktail and canapé workshop.
The caterer's top chefs gave demonstrations on how to make a selection of savoury and sweet canapés before letting guests loose to have a go themselves.
After slaving away in the kitchen, guests were then taught how to make their own cocktails, under the guidance of an experienced bartender.
The evening was rounded off with a seated dinner, cooked by the professionals.
