
Bosman was at Red Bull for nine years, with a focus on experiential marketing.
Reporting to Nokia marketing director Will Harris, Bosman will look after the 50% of Nokia's marketing budget which goes through agencies including W&K, MediaCom and Work Club.
Bosman replaces Rebecca Jones, who left Nokia last year.
Bosman is expected to develop marketing activity for Nokia's new handsets, music service Comes with Music, as well as looking for sponsorship activities.
Last year, Bosman worked with Suso Drinks, launched by former Red Bull managing director Harry Drnec, to develop a sampling campaign. Suso aimed to capture a slice of the £3.5bn soft drinks market with a carbonated fruit juice brand for the youth market.
Meanwhile, Nokia has called a review of its global media planning and buying account, estimated to be worth £300 million and currently held by MediaCom.
Last month, Nokia split its global lead digital ad account between Aegis Group's Isobar and the US incumbent R/GA.
