"No 4 Hamilton Place’s location overlooking Hyde Park and at the heart of many of the Olympic activities was core to selecting the venue," said Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC) president Tsunekazu Takeda.

"Building a warm relationship with Takeda San, JOC President, Ichihara San, JOC Secretary General and all of JOC and the Japanese delegation ensured we fully understood their expectations and needs and were able to demonstrate how the location, facilities and service providers made No 4 Hamilton Place an ideal choice for Japan House," added No 4 Hamilton Place chief operating Officer Jonathan Byrne.

"It was an enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable exercise in cultural understanding which will be of great benefit to me."

The Concerto Group introduced the JOC to No 4 Hamilton Place through their close relationship through ISES.
