LONDON - IPC's NME Radio has launched an iPhone application, the first UK radio broadcaster to allow immediate purchase and downloads of music played on the station.
Users can also text the NME Radio studio directly from the application allowing for greater interactivity between consumers and the radio station.
The launch of the NME Radio iPhone app follows the station's launch on to London DAB in May this year and adds to the station's existing broadcast platforms, Sky, Virgin Media, Freesat and online via nme.com.
