Nivea is going kitsch in its latest work for its Lip Care Essential product by launching a poster campaign starring Zippy from the cult kids TV show Rainbow. The ad shows the orange character, who is famed -- and named -- for the zip that spreads across his mouth, with a pair of big Julia Roberts-esqu bee-stung lips. The execution aims to show that the lip balm can turn any mouth, no matter how rough, into a set of luscious kissable lips. The campaign will initially run in university cities and primarily targets students.
