Nike "Giannis Antetokounmpo: Mt. Olympus" by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam

Nike visits the home of the Gods.

To commemorate sports star Giannis Antetokounmpo's journey from the streets of Athens to becoming the NBA's most valuable player, Nike placed a basketball hoop at the top of Mount Olympus  the highest point in Greece and fabled home of the Greek gods. Standing 2,911 metres above sea level, the hoop’s theatrical marble backboard reads: "Fate can start you at the bottom. Dreams can take you to the top." The work was written by Alex Bower and Tim Coleman, art directed by Jeff Lam and directed by Quentin van den Bossche through Yard.
