
Morgan, who has worked at since 2003, will be responsible for finding and developing the best talent in the experiential and event marketing industry, as well as leading the agency’s internal training programme. Prior to taking up the new role, she was senior account director at TRO for four years, and before that was business development director for more than two and a half years.
Over the years she has work on a diverse range of B2B and B2C events for General Motors, as well as BMW, Shell, Chevrolet, Lucozade and Nike.
Sian Bates, client services director at TRO, said: "Nicky has risen up through the ranks at TRO working across a number of our clients, from automotive through to FMCG. She has a real wealth of experience in the events and marketing arena, and most importantly has a real understanding of TRO’s special culture and values.
