News Focus: IT Solutions - Tie-up offers new platform

Marketing software maker smartFOCUS and data-driven communications specialist Broadsystem have partnered to provide an integrated multichannel platform for both inbound and outbound communications.

Chris Underhill, chief executive of smartFOCUS, said: "Through this partnership, our customers can more quickly deliver marketing, sales and service programmes that coordinate their offline and online channels through a fully integrated technology and service platform."
