The company will now have five focused business areas: CRM and direct marketing; credit and risk information; product information; business and market information; and services and development.
The restructuring brings the group's sister companies, which are spread across 18 European countries, closer together.
This will enable them to provide a more unified service for clients that have international needs.
Bonnier firms Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor join the CRM and direct marketing division, which has sister companies operating in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. These include InfoDirekt Sweden, DM Huset in Norway, and PAR in Sweden.
"It will mean that we are closer to our sister DM companies than ever before and will be able to offer a more cohesive approach across Europe," commented Hugh Bessant, managing director of Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor. "Under Bonnier we were an extremely diverse group, and it was harder to communicate between us."
The changes follow the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Bonnier Business Information by Scandinavian private equity firm Ratos, in June last year.
