He joins News Corp from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was partner, managing director and worldwide co-lead of the media practice. During his time at BCG, Koeppen worked with media businesses across Europe during which time he gained extensive experience with television and publishing businesses.
In this new role, Koeppen will work across News Corp's pay TV, television, outdoor, newspapers businesses and related digital assets. He will be responsible for finance, corporate development and operational improvement, reporting to James Murdoch.
