What’s it got? Having been closed since October 2011 for essential renovations and the installation of two new features the centre re-opened on 13 May. The ceiling of the Victorian Arcade has been stripped back to expose the original brickwork and additional lighting effects have been added. It can hold up to 300 guests for a dinner or 400 for a reception.
Anything else? The Sea Life Centre is the world’s oldest operating aquarium, first opening in 1872.
