
What’s it got? London’s Charlotte Street is a Mecca for creative dining concepts, and this joint venture by chef James Knappett and general manager Sandia Chang already has tongues wagging. The restaurant serves an interesting combo of hot dogs and grower champagne in a rustic setting furnished with a copper-topped bar, reclaimed pine wall cladding and exposed brickwork. A secluded kitchen table holds up to 19 guests for an event, while exclusive hire of the restaurant takes to maximum capacity up to 50.
