LONDON – New Look, the womenswear retailer, has appointed list management specialist Lloyd James Group to launch its customer database of active store cardholders.

All contacts are holders of New Look's transactional store card, are over 18 and have been credit screened. A large percentage are frequent mail order purchasers and own a credit card. Interests include holidays in the UK and abroad, music, reading, eating out, DIY, cooking, gardening and crossword puzzles.

Jacqui Sharman, director of list and media management at Lloyd James Group, said: "Launching a new, quality postal list to the market is always exciting and with the combination of New Look's fantastic reputation, plus an excellent profile of credit-worthy, mail order responsive women, we expect the list to have significant appeal to female and family focused home-shopping direct marketers.

New Look is the third-largest women's clothing brand in the UK and recently opened its flagship branch on Oxford Street.
