Aldridge, currently the company’s confectionery marketing manager, will report to food and beverage managing director Bernard Paternot.

She will move into the post next month, having led the refresh of Nestlé’s cross-brand promotion "Get set go free", as well as a relaunch of the Milkybar brand, which included updated communications and new product development.

Aldridge replaces Katy Hilditch, who is taking on the role of Nestlé’s Asda customer business manager for beverages, which the company says will help "broaden her experience and skill-set".
