Naked Communications beat rival pitching agencies WPP-owned Mediaedge:cia and Omnicom's Manning Gottlieb OMD to the task, which focuses on teenage pregnancy as well as general sexual health issues.

The pitch which was handled by COI followed a strategic review held by DH and DCSF which recommended evolving the way campaigns are used to engage a broader audience of parents, teachers, young people and health care professionals.

The DH and DCSF also called a creative pitch for the sexual health portfolio last month, in which incumbent DLKW competes against VCCP, Leo Burnett and M&C Saatchi.
