Geraghty will replace Chris Green in the role after it emerged that Green is in talks with the agency about taking on a different position (±±¾©Èü³µpk10, 30 October).
She was most recently a consultant at ITV having previously worked as a managing partner at the ad agency Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in New York.
Geraghty, who has also held senior roles at McCann Erickson and WCRS, will work closely alongside Naked partners Ivan Pollard and Will Collin and group chief executive Nigel Long on the direction of the UK business.
Green is expected to continue working on client business at the agency.
