The agency has promoted Geoff Gray, Jo Pearce and Niku Banaie to the roles of managing partner with responsibility for running its UK operation.
Naked's four partners, Will Collin, John Harlow, Ivan Pollard and Jon Wilkins will continue to focus on client business and growing the agency's operations in markets outside of the UK.
Tracy Darwen, Naked's UK managing director takes on the role of global client director, working on business including Nokia, Coca-Cola and Heineken.
Matt Hardisty, the head of innovations at Naked and the agency's first employee, has been promoted to the role of global creative director.
The three new UK managing partners have all been at the agency for close to three years. Gray originally joined to help run the now-defunct Naked Ambition operation, Pearce is a former planning director at the creative agency Soul, and Banaie joined from Carat International.
Collin said: "We now have operations in six countries and there are 15 ventures in total in the Naked group. The need for management support across these is growing."
