Nabs puts Govt's digital champion under spotlight

Nabs, the charitable organisation offering advice and support to those working in advertising, is hosting an 'Audience With' Martha Lane Fox at digital agency LBi next week.

The Government’s digital champion will be grilled by the BBC’s Rory Cellan-Jones on her experience in business, including founding dot.com darling, Lastminute.com, and her recent work on the .

Zoe Osmond, Nabs chief executive, said: "The topic of building a networked nation, and the Q&A format between Martha Lane Fox and Rory Cellan Jones, coupled with a chance to win a one-to-one conversation with Martha, makes our first 2011 ‘Audience With’ an unmissable event.

"Attendees include Google, Sky, AMV BBDO and WPP, so it also promises to be a great networking opportunity."

The event will take place at LBi’s Brick Lane offices, on Tuesday, 8 February. Tickets for the event are priced at £65 and can be bought .

For an extra £5, attendees can enter a competition to win 10 minutes' one-to-one with Martha Lane Fox. Money raised will go to support the work does within the advertising community.
