Jerry, who is celebrating the 40th anniversary of his hit In the Summertime, will headline The Gill stage on 6 August, with Michael Jackson tribute band Navi performing on 1 August.
Other highlights of the week includes an indoor beach party themed on the Electric Eighties on 6 August at the Events Centre with a cocktail bar, barbeque and entertainment from a Wham and Duran Duran tribute act.
The Chamber Ball on 4 August will be held at Cowes Yacht Haven and includes a five course meal.
