"We were not able to do because there wasn’t enough time to deliver the scale of operation requested by organisers to the high standards that Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts works to," said a Fabulous Feasts spokesperson.
"We were very excited when Fabulous Feasts approached us to run a pop-up restaurant from Cowes Yacht Haven," added the marina's event manager Ian Gregory.
"Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be this year, but we hope they will consider joining us for 2011."
