This is the first piece of work the agency has won from the Central Office of Information since it was included on the government agency's roster in May.
MRM will work at bringing the and websites into a one-stop source for information, with new features including forums, email functions and a media library. The aim is to provide more direct involvement and get the community involved in tackling anti-social behaviour issues.
Nigel Hewson, account director at MRM Worldwide, said: "We are delighted to have now been selected to redevelop the Respect website. We view this as a significant project."
MRM Worldwide has 2,000 employees in 34 countries and is part of the Interpublic Group-owned McCann WorldGroup. Its clients include Microsoft, General Motors, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson and Dell.
