Jeff Clark has been appointed chief executive officer of mobile messaging service provider mBlox. He joins from Vodafone Global Platform and Internet Services, where he was senior vice-president, Vodafone Americas. Gary Cuccio, who has been mBlox's interim CEO since June 2004, becomes co-chairman.
