Lazar will report to Jim Schinella, the division's global vice-president of business development. He will be responsible for developing distribution partnerships with European mobile operators and broadband providers. Schinella joins from Turner Broadcasting, where he spent 12 years in a number of roles including overseeing its global wireless strategy for channels including CNN, Cartoon Network and TCM. He also worked at AOL on the development of its mobile content distribution.
