Molton Brown's interactive mirror transports shoppers across the globe

Molton Brown has launched an interactive mirror installation within its Glasgow store, where people can experience the locations of Tahiti, Sichuan, Seville and Assam.

The Magic Mirror of Exploration is designed to provide consumers with the opportunity to learn about the ingredients that go into four of brand’s new fragrance blends.  

Customers are invited to select from either Gingerlily, Blossoming Honeysuckle and White Tea, Orange & Bergamot or Mesmerising Oudh Accord & Gold, which are inspired by the destinations of Tahiti, Sichuan, Seville and Assam respectively.

Shoppers will then come into contact with animated illustrations and sound effects that reflect the location of their chosen scent, as they take in their own reflection. 

A camera will capture an image of each participant, who will receive a souvenir photo to be shared on social media.

The Magic Mirror of Exploration landed in Glasgow on Tuesday (15 December) where it will remain for a total of three weeks. The mirror will then embark on a UK tour, visting a total of 18 Molton Brown stores throughout 2016.
